TFHKA OFFICE RETURN POLICY

All Touch for Health books, charts, portfolios and other kinesiology related books may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:

• All items must be returned in good condition for resale

• All items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date

• Cost of shipping the returned items will be the responsibility of the person returning the items

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless refund is due to office error

• Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment

Note: Tapes and videos are subject to copyright laws on recorded media and cannot be refunded if the package is opened.

Returns after 30 days-

Any items being returned after 30 days and up to 60 days from invoice date will be credited as follows:

• All items must be returned in good condition for resale

• Cost of shipping the returned items will be the responsibility of the person returning the items

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded

• Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment

• No more than 24% of the original order may be returned for a refund

• There will be a 12% restocking fee to cover the expenses incurred by the office such as salary, supplies and credit card expenses

No items may be returned after 60 days of the invoice date Please plan carefully for the material you need for teaching classes.  It is not possible for the TFHKA office to ship large numbers of book and have them returned at a later date.
